Overview: Using Mini-DECO Holders by OASIS, we will be creating a fresh arrangement that can be attached to any holiday package or bottle of cheer. All participates will make 1 arrangement and take home 2 DECO holders to create a design at a later date.
Free for members; guest charge is $10.
